 Single Unit Pricing:
 -------------------

       Current price is $59.00.   User's receive software, manual, and
       notification of future upgrades.


 Multiple Unit Pricing
 ---------------------

       Multi-Packs of Stowaway are available at the following prices.  Each
       Multi-Pack contains independent packages of Stowaway.  Users
       independently register Stowaway for their personal use and have full
       access to technical support.



          Multi-Pack  10           $500.00           $50 per user
          Multi-Pack  20           $900.00           $45 per user
          Multi-Pack  100          $4000.00          $40 per user


 Site Licensing
 --------------

       Site prices allow the purchase of large quantities at discount
       prices. Site packages include software and manual for each user.
       All users for a single license must be located at the same
       physical location (address, building, complex, etc.).   User's do
       not register the software independently.   It is assumed the
       site will provide first level technical support for the
       product.

             1-5         $59 per user
             6-20        $40 per user
             21-100      $35 per user
             >100        $30 per user


 Company Licensing
 -----------------

       Company Licensing is similar to Site Licenses except the cost is
       negotiated directly with Patri-Soft and is based on factors such
       as the number of users, and the amount of support required by
       users.  Contact Patri-Soft directly for a quote.  Company
       licenses may include one or more company sites.


 LAN Pricing
 -----------

       LAN  prices allow up to a specified number of users to use Stowaway
       simultaneously.  Different users may use the program at different times.
       LAN packages include master diskettes and a copy of the Stowaway manual
       for each user.

             6-10        $50 per user
             11-20       $45 per user
             21-50       $40 per user
             51-100      $35 per user
             >100        $30 per user
