The following is a list of the setup strings that have worked on my
Hewlett Packard DeskJet PLUS for printing with DOCSMASH versions 3.0 and
higher:


            Printer Reset     27   69

            Char Height       27   40   115   53   86

            Elite Mode        27   40   115   50   84

            Condensed Mode    27   40   115   50   48   72

            Subscript Mode    27   40   115   45   49   85

            Line Feed Heigth  27   38   108   49   51   68

            Left Margin       27   38    97   52   76

            Page Length       27   38   108   49   52   56   80


Combine these printer codes with page format settings from the RESET PARAMS
menu as follows:

                     Print Width Setting = 164
                     Number of Columns   =   2
                     Number of Pages/Col =   1
                     Lines Per Page      = 142
                     Max Blank Lines     =   2

These settings will print two columns without page breaks, and fill the
paper with all of the prrint that can be placed on it.

The user manual states that Elite Mode requires a special cartridge.
However, I do not have this cartridge and everything works just fine.
