How do you command PC-Hypertext? ================================ PC Hypertext includes two kinds of commands -- listed and unlisted. For the unlisted commands, toggle the F1 key to display the available keyboard (unlisted) commands. Similar context-relevant keyboard listings are available at any point in the program. For a permanent copy, press the Shift-PrtSc key to print a listing of the selected F1-key screens. As for the listed commands, they are displayed on the lower lines of the screen which lists the eight available commands of PC Hypertext. The currently selected command is highlighted with the description displayed on a subsequent line. HELP Displays the keyboard guide to the MAIN menu (same as ==== pressing the F1 key). MARKED Displays a list of topics, files, or locations marked by ====== the F5 key. Once on the marked list, the information can be selected for PRINTING, or SAVED to a file named TRACE.HYP for further word processing. OPTIONS Displays the list of program options. Outside the ======= color setting, users can define how PC-Hypertext calls their word processor. Program calls can contain multiple commands (separated by semicolons). Use "@" to stand for the current file name when creating such calls. QUIT Exits the PC-Hypertext program after a yes (Y) ==== confirmation.
