Comment:
        If in this example system <ICI> the file <NODE3> was missing, the IC
        program would produce the above MaxThink format file.

        If you've sharp eyes, you'll notice that most of the HyperLink
        utilities use the MaxThink <MAXD> file format.  As mentioned before,
        MaxThink includes special commands for rapidly organizing and
        displaying
