is a Dos Programm to generate an iconlibrary called the iconlib.dll

How to use it?

1.	DIR *.ICO >ICON.LST
2.	Remove the first lines with iconfiles with numbers at first
3.	run the ICON.EXE programm
4.	Rename the ICON.NRC to ICONLIB.RC 
5.	NMK ICONLIB				(generete the Library new)
