From out of nowhere, your long-time nemesis, Sergeant Stone of Law Enforcement,
appears and waddles up to you. "All right! What's all this then? Unlawful
manual locomotion on a movin' sidebelt?!" he bellows with a thick Cockney
accent. "That's a $15 fine, Telan!" Grudgingly, you admit "It's a fair cop,"
and pay him. He waddles off, disappearing as quickly as he appeared.
