FontManager version 2.0c

For those upgrading from a previous version of FontManager, version
2.0c adds the following functionality to version 2.0b:

1. Adds the option of excluding printer driver resident fonts from
win.ini when changing/adding fonts.

2. Adds the ability to setup the initial default selections for the
ChangeFonts routine. 

3. Checks each font's current family name every time the Update/Add
routine is run. Should you change any font family names with such
utilities as Wrefont, you should run the Update/Add routine to also
update these fonts in FontManager.

4. FontManager no longer uses a seperate initial setup routine. Please see the
user guide for details.
