I know there's an older version of these utilities around. I downloaded this
release from CompuServe on 09-30-91. The uploader was Mr. Stevens himself
and this file is NEW. Maybe this version fixes some bugs or includes
enhancements (I noticed that in contrast to the previous, older version of
the ZIP file - called TCMEMRES.ZIP, this file also contains the TURBO-C
.OBJ files). The file dates of TCMEMRES are about '87 and the ones in this
archive are about '89.

Anyway, I consider this an 'update'.

Other than this additional text file the archive has not been altered by
myself.
