These routines allow Turbo C programs to access XMS drivers.  I used HIMEM.SYS
version 2.60 and Turbo C++ 1.0 to develop these routines, so let me know if
they work with others as well.

If you use these routines, at least give me credit in the docs.  Or send $$$,
whatever you want.  If you use these in COMERCIAL applications, you MUST get
my permission first.  And give me credit in the docs.  And pay me.  Thanks.
