README FOR NCOPY.EXE
This README file accompanies NCOPY.EXE v3.57.  The following files
are included for this revision:

PURPOSE:
This update is intended for NetWare 386 v3.11 and NetWare 286 v2.2.
This version fixes a problem found when the user loads SHARE.EXE on a
workstation, and then uses ncopy to copy from a network drive to a
local drive. This procedure would return the message "Sharing
violation error." This new NCOPY.EXE solves this problem. 

To INSTALL this utility:     
     
1)    Flag NCOPY.EXE in the PUBLIC directory to SRW.

2)    Copy NCOPY.EXE from the PUBLIC directory to a diskette for 
      backup purposes.

3)    Copy this version of NCOPY.EXE to the PUBLIC directory.

4)    Flag NCOPY.EXE v3.57 in the PUBLIC directory to SRO.
