                      Data Interface System to SET.1
                   for Doctor's Office Manager II Plus
            
       The  Simple   Electronic  Transmission  program  SET.1  from
       Transamerica, is  a standalone  database system that is used
       to transmit  Medicare claims electronically.  However, SET.1
       is also an excellent daily manager.  It can be used to track
       and store  information on  your patients,  the physicians  /
       suppliers in  your office, and the ICD-9 codes and procedure
       codes that  you frequently bill.  It will allow you to enter
       the newly expanded CPT codes required in 1992.  It will also
       print any  HCFA 1500  claims that  you may want to keep as a
       paper record.
            
       If you  are already using Doctor's Office Manager II Plus as
       your daily  manager, your investment in your data as well as
       in the  training of  your office  staff more than likely far
       exceeds the  cost of all your computer hardware and software
       combined.   Additionally, the  time consumed  in maintaining
       two separate  daily management systems and the potential for
       data entry  errors and  inconsistencies probably  weighs  in

       related data  between the  two systems relieving your office
       staff  of  the  labor  involved  in  maintaining  two  daily

       Once the  data has  been transferred, at some later point in
       time, with a few additional key strokes your Medicare claims
       will   be   transferred   electronically   to   Transamerica
       Occidental Life  Insurance Company.   This  relieves you  of
       costly software  upgrades to  meet the  new requirements and
       keeps your office running smoothly.
