WELCOME TO THE EIGHTH SET OF GOURMET RECIPES !!!


	This set of 59 recipes is similar to previous uploads in
this series.  All recipes are in ascii format (no extension) and
in WordPerfect 5 format (with .wp extension).  The file
"bbs8.lst" (or bbs8.wp if using WordPerfect) contains an index of
the recipes.  The names of files are the first 8 letters of a
recipe's name with no spaces, hyphens, or other such tomfoolery. 
Some filenames appear in parentheses after the entry in the
index.  This was done to avoid duplicate filenames within the
eight sets of recipes currently available.

	This batch has a definite lean towards a sweet tooth.  Some
of my favorites in this batch are the popovers, the mint
chocolate cheesecake (like eating a mint ice cream sandwich), and
the Indonesian grilled turkey.

	As always, I'm not expecting to receive money, although a
thank you is always appreciated, either via the bulletin board or
the mail.  Enjoy !!!
