WELCOME TO THE NINTH SET OF GOURMET RECIPES !!!


     This set of 26 recipes is similar to previous uploads in
this series.  All recipes are in ascii format (no extension) and
in WordPerfect 5.1 format (with .wp extension).  The file "bbs9"
(or bbs9.wp if using WordPerfect) contains an index of the
recipes.  The names of files are the first 8 letters of a
recipe's name with no spaces, hyphens, or other such tomfoolery. 
Some filenames appear in parentheses after the entry in the
index.  This was done to avoid duplicate filenames within the
nine sets of recipes currently available.

     This batch waivers between healthy chicken and turkey
recipes and temptingly rich desserts.  My favorites include the
grilled pork tenderloin (try it with a Dijon cream sauce) and the
honey mustard marinade for chicken.

     As always, I'm not expecting to receive money, although a
thank you is always appreciated, either via the bulletin board or
the mail.  Enjoy !!!
