have their ASPFORUM name include their program name.  This is limited to 24
characters and normally would appear as such: John Doe (Your Program) How do
you wish your ASPFORUM name to appear?  Fill this in if you wish the sysop
to establish this name for you.  You can create or change it yourself from
the forum prompt.
