Water is dangerous for your health... Jill, the Greek head-nurse, (we all call her Gramma Maria) makes this great egg-lemon sauce. Here's the recipie she gave me: Avgolemono Sauce 1 cup of Chicken Stock 2 Eggs Juice from 1 Lemon Water, about 2 tb Roux made with 2 tb butter and 2 tb flour Heat up the chicken stock, thicken with the roux. Whip the eggs, lemon juice and water together until frothy. Add to the stock, slowly but do not boil (eggs will curdle). Add some salt and pepper. I wish I could have some of your delicious Garlic Lamb Chops right now with Gramma Maria's Egg Lemon Sauce.
