EditPCB Version 2.0 Enhancements


This file describes the major enhancements made to EditPCB since its last
official release, version 1.1.


	* The user interface was completely rewritten to allow greater
	  flexibility and "unlimited" windows.

	* No more "MORE MEMORY PLEASE" messages.  EditPCB no longer
	  generates memory errors when windows are enlarged or moved.

        * EditPCB saves configuration information in a file called
	  EditPCB.CFG.  You are no longer required to set EditPCB
	  parameters each time the program is executed.

	* The Developer's Manual has more than doubled in size since
	  last release.  Registered users should contact Softronix
	  to receive their update manual.

	* A Disassemble command was added to disassemble components.

	* PrintDM (print dot-matrix) replaces PrintPCB and PrintSCH.

	* A mouse is now manatory when using EditPCB.


Below is a list of major enhancements in Version 2.2.

	* The commands Load, Save, Clear, Quit include file listing
	  dialog windows.

	* Text updating is 2-3X faster.

	* Screen updates are quicker.

	* Online help is now available.

	* Support for the autorouter is included in the developer version.

Below is a list of major enhancements in Version 2.5.

	* GUI fixes

	* Redrawing is 2-3X faster.

	* Fixed stack corruption with large design files.

	* Fixed lockup problem when saving components or saving while quitting.
