     This is the DEMO version of the program and you may distribute or
     give the programs to others.  The DEMO version is comprised of the
     following files:

               ADISCTRL      -  Needed to run the programs
               DEMO.EXE      -  Amortization program
               LOANPRG1.EXE  -  Amortization program
               LOANPRG2.EXE  -  Amortization program

               MORTPRG2.EXE  -  Amortization program

     This DEMO version is a working copy of the FULL version.  The only
     difference is that the amounts have a maximum value of $50,000.00
     and $5,000.00 for the mortgage and loan respectively.

     We did our best to fully test this program.  However, there might be
     some other things we neglected.  Should you notice or find something
     unusual, please let us know and we will rectify the problem as quickly
     as we can.

     NOTE:

     All the files must be on the same directory in order to work.  To start
     the program type "DEMO".  This will take you to the menu where you can
     either select mortgage or loan calculation.  The minimum requirement in
     running this program is an IBM-PC or compatible with at least 512k memory
     using MS-DOS 3.1 or higher.  To change the calendar month and year, use
     the PgUp/PgDn and ArrowUp/ArrowDn keys respectively.  Press the Esc key
     to get out of the calendar.

     When on the Additional Payments pop-up window, pressing the ESC key will
     cancel and ignore the additional payments.  To accept the entries, press
     the F10 key.  The additional payment dates must be exactly equal to the
     actual payment dates.
