Select a password made up of random letters and numbers (please do not use Biblical words of any type as they will not be very secure). Write down the password for future reference. *IMPORTANT: Before you leave the system, tell the Sysop the password in a message. Be sure to select PRIVATE MESSAGE, when you are asked "public or private?" *NOTE: All applications will be taken off the system quickly after they are uploaded to protect all the information contained within them. ACTIVE STUDENT STATUS All benefits and privileges are subject to the student's maintaining the status of an active student. In order to maintain "active student status", a student must finalize and turn in for grading at least one course within every three month period. If for some reason a student feels he needs more time to complete his course, then he may apply by mail or phone for a Dean's Dispensation (extension of time). Additional time to be granted will be determined by the academic staff. If a student fails to turn in a course or request a dean's dispensation within the 3 month period, he will then be classified as "inactive." In order for a student to re-activate, he will have to pay a $25.00 re-activation fee and renew his study program at the current tuition rate. IF A STUDENT ENROLLS IN A COURSE, AND FAILS TO COMPLETE THAT COURSE WITHIN A 12 MONTH PERIOD, ALL TUITION FOR THAT COURSE IS FORFEITED, and "withdrawn" will be recorded on the student transcript. TO RESUME STUDY, THE STUDENT MUST ONCE AGAIN ENROLL IN THE COURSE AND PAY FULL TUITION FEES, and is subject to policies in affect at the time of re-enrollment. (Note: the "withdrawn" applies to individual courses, not to the student's overal status with the college. Thus, he remains enrolled in the school, but is withdrawn from the single course in question.) See also page for withdrawal information.
