This zip file contains WindSock 2.0, a Windows performance analysis tool,
and it's associated files. Copy this program to your hard disk, then use
File...New to add it to Program Manager. 

The package consists of the following files:

TOOLHELP.DLL	        MicroSoft Tool Helper DLL

If you already have a TOOLHELP.DLL on your system, check the dates on this
version and your existing version and *Rename* the old one (keep the old 
one in case of problems).
