 This set of tiles is based on the breast bars worn by the members of the 
New York City Police Department. The bars represent police department recogni-
tion for actions taken by Police Officers in the performance of their duty.
 The color and type of star on the bar indicates the level of the award. 
For each additional medal awarded, another star of the appropriate type is 
added to the bar. A maximum of three stars can be placed on a bar. Upon 
receipt of a fourth award, a second bar is worn with the appropriate star
affixed. A description of the bars from lowest to highest is follows:

 Tiles 39 to 42 represent four support units of the police department:

       The horse                       MOUNTED UNIT
       The anchor                      HARBOR UNIT
       The wheel & arrow               HIGHWAY PATROL
       The wings & propeller           AVIATION UNIT

 Tiles 35 to 38 are just a logo I made up. This is not an easy tile set to
play. Trying to match the bars with the stars will drive you crazy. Take your
time and good luck.
