Registration information for UI4QB:

    The  UI4QB  library is not FREEWARE, it is SHAREWARE. If you  use  this
    software,  you  must  register  it.  By  doing  this,  not only are you
    supporting the author, and encouraging improvement of the product,  but
    you  are  supporting  the Shareware concept. By releasing this software
    to the general public, I am allowing you to "try before you buy",  thus
    allowing  you  to  determine  if  it is the best product for your needs
    BEFORE you shell out the bucks.

    If you feel that this software is worthwhile, and you would like to see
    the author continue to update and release new  products,  please  print
    off and send the form REGISTER.FRM to the address below.

    All users, registered or unregistered, should feel free to  contact  me
    at  the  address listed below, or via the Nest Egg BBS. I would love to
    hear what you thought of the package, and will try to  incorporate  all
    reasonable suggestions into future versions of UI4QB.

    Also,  if  the copy of UI4QB is old (this one is being released in July
    of 1992), send me $5, and I'll send you a disk containing the shareware
    versions of all of my current toolboxes and utilities.

    Current versions of all of my software is always available on the  Nest
    Egg BBS (below) for download.

    Benefits  of registration include full source code to UI4QB, the latest
    release of UI4QB, free maintenance upgrades, $10 off major revisions of
    UI4QB, and a free disk containing current versions of all of  my  other
