 REF:   Reference Number - sequental.
 CODE:  Product code.  Blank for unknown or no code.
 S:     Status: See next help page.
 REL:   Reletive ref number.  Related to status.
 DESCRIPTION:  Descrition of option.
 INVOICE: Invoice price.  '*' = based on % markup.
 LIST:    List price.

 O or o = Option: Available to be selected.
          'O' indicates availbe because of style.
 S or s = Selected:  'S' user selected.  's' selected
          as part of another option (adds to price).
 e      = Exclude:  Can not be selected.  May change.
 I or i = Included:  Incl in style or other option.
 P or p = Package:  Part of package and/or requires
            package to become a option.

In the event it is necessary to override the status or
price of a option, the following keys can be used.

Alt s = Select option.
Alt i = Include option.
Alt e = Exclude option.
Alt p = Change price.   Enter new list price.
        Invoice price will be figured on percentage.
