Place 10 White Castle hamburgers side by side in a large casserole dish. Cook 4 packages of frozen broccoli, drain and layer over White Castles. Melt cheese and pour over broccoli and White Castles. Crush 1 stack of crackers with 1/2 stick of butter; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 deg F. for 30 minutes or until topping starts to brown. Remove excess fat. Chop hamburgers and add curry powder to dressing mixture. Spread mixture on steak and roll as a jelly roll. Tie with string. Put oil into pan and heat. Add steak roll to pan and roll to brown on all surfaces. Reduce heat. Add water and simmer. Cover and cook, rotating meat, for approximately 30 minutes. Liquid in pan is excellent for gravy stock. Spinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and chopped onion. Cut each sandwich into 4 - 6 pieces and arrange on top of salsa, cheese and onion. Add more salsa, shedded cheese, onion and black olives. Pour nacho cheese over all and bake at 350 deg F> for 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, black olives and sour cream dollops. Place zucchini slices in bottom of greased 8" x 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with flour. Top with White Castle hamburgers and onions. Add spaghetti sauce. Spread mixture of ricotta cheese and beaten egg over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 deg F. for 30 minutes. (If microwaving, use microwave-safe dish and cook on high for 10 minutes). Let stand for 10 minutes. Broil buns open-faced until toasted. Cut casserole into 5-6 servings. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl (except the cheese) until frothy. Pour over White Castles. Sprinkle with taco cheese and paprika. Place three of the remianing half-sandwiches in a food processor (pickle optional) and add one egg and 1/2 cup milk. Pulsate until the ingredients are chopped, but be carefull not to puree. Empty into a bowl and repeat the process three more times. Pack the mixture into an ungreased, standard-sized bread pan. Place pan into a larger pan and pour boiling water into the larger pan to a level half the depth of the bread pan. Bake in 350 deg F. oven for one hour. Cool loaf in refrigerator; overnight is best. Turn it out on a plate, decorate with cream cheese and cut pate into slices. ----- ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.02 Title: White Castle Turkey Stuffing Categories: White castl Servings: 1 10 White Castle hamburgers, 1 1/2 ts Ground sage Pickle removed 3/4 ts Coarse ground black pepper 1 1/2 c Celery, diced 1/4 c Chicken broth 1 1/4 ts Ground thyme In a large mixing bowl, tear the White Castle hamburgers into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting. Makes about 9 cups (enough for 10-12 lb bird). NOTE: Allow 1 White Castle hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivilent of 3/4 cup stuffing per pound. ----- ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.02 Title: Swedish Castle Delight Categories: White castl, Main dish Servings: 6 10 White Castle hamburgers 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 Diced onion 1 1/2 c Water 2 Crumbled bacon strips 1 1/2 ts Instant beef bouillion 1 Egg 1 ts Corn starch 1/4 c Milk 3 Drops soy sauce 1/2 ts Allspice 8 oz Spinach noodles 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1 tb Butter or olive oil 1/4 ts Ginger Fresh dill 1 tb Brown sugar Corn meal 1/2 ts Black pepper WHITE CASTLE BUNS: Toast White Castle buns on cookie sheet, centers up, at 250 deg F. until lightly browned 12-15 minutes. Cool and process into fine crumbs. MEATBALLS: While buns toast, add to White Castle hamburgers; onion, bacon, 3/4 crumbs, egg, milk, spices, brown sugar, pepper and salt. Mix well and form into 1-inch balls; roll in corn meal. Brown in bacon fat. Set aside. NOODLES: Cook noodles according to directions. Drain; stir in butter or olive oil; cover and keep warm. SAUCE: In bacon pan, add remaining crumbs, water, bouillion and soy sauce. Mix well and cook 1 minute. Add cornstarch. Cook 2-3 minutes until smooth.
