SOVIET ARCHIVES

This document library contains files from a Library of Congress 
exhibit of materials from the newly opened Soviet archives.  
Except where noted, each file consists of two parts: some brief 
background information and then an English translation of an
actual Soviet document. Please note that these are not complete
documents, but samples from them.
