SUBJECT: SIM CITY-REMOVE RED! V1.07
 
Ok, I see alot of you guys are looking for some way to get  
rid of the red sheet! Well, since its Christmas, I'll be    
nice and give it to you guys!! All you need is the DEBUG    
command. Also, the code won't work if you have any of the   
graphics disk installed(Future+Western). Heres what you do: 
                                                            
1. Go into the Sim City directory                           
2. type: rename simcity.exe simcity.bin and hit enter       
3. type: debug simcity.bin and hit enter                    
4. You'll see a - sign. Type: r and hit the enter key       
5. the next few lines will show stuff like: AX=0000, etc..  
   find the one that says DS=####(#=numbers). Add 2 to the  
   first digit(i.e. DS=1023, add 2, DS=3023)                
6. now type: e 3023:1884(make sure you put the 1884!!) and  
   hit enter                                                
7. type: w and hit enter                                    
8. type: q and hit enter       
9. type: rename simcity.bin simcity.exe and hit enter       
                                                            
Wooooooops, I forgot ONE thing! after you add 2 to the      
number type it in(i.e. 321w:1884) and then hit the enter    
key! You should see 74: now type in 2 zeros and hit enter.  
Now type the w(enter) and q(enter). Sorry about that!

For those with a hex editor utility (not that DEBUG         
futility; what a joke! Do you guys use EDLIN to write       
letters?).            find:   0C 87 00 74 03                
                 change to:   0C 87 00 00 03                
                                                            
   all in the SIMCITY.EXE file...
