Thank you for taking an interest in The Electronic Encyclopedia of the Elements. This collection of files has extensive data on each of the chemical elements. There are 103 element data files, each named after an element. If the element's name is more than eight letters, just the first eight letters of the element's name are in the file. ex: PRASEODYMIUM would be PRASEODY.ASC. Using a program such as Vern Buerg's popular LIST program would make viewing these text files much easier. The latest version of LIST is 76b and can be found under the filename of LIST76B.???. I hope that this program may be of some help to you. Tim Bailen, author
