10/01/92   -  v3.0   - Things are looking good!
              Added  - SUPPORT FOR TELIX 3.15! 
                     - Starting to hate writing documentation.        

09/29/92   -  v2.0   - (Not released to the public.  v3.0 isn't far away)
              Added  - SUPPORT FOR QMODEM 4.5 & 5.0!
              Added  - Now displays your configuration.
              Change - Changed the program name from PCPLA (Procomm Plus
                       Log Analyzer) to a more generic name, TLA
                       (The Log Analyzer).  Real clever, eh? 
              Change - Had to redo the SETUP Utility.  Version 1.0 users
                       must rerun SETUP if they want to upgrade.
              Change - Document Layout. *Tried* to make things more organized.
                       I'll get there eventually.
              Added  - A little color.
              Added  - Displays valid date ranges.
              Added  - Displays current date be calculated.
              Change - The Invalid Entry screen isn't displayed if 
                       there are no invalid entries.
