        Sample Assignment Of Deed Of Trust For Married Persons

An Assignment of Deed of Trust transfers the interest in a Deed of
Trust from you, as the original beneficiaries, to you, as Trustees
of your trust.  It must be prepared, executed in the presence of a
a notary, and RECORDED in the county in which the real property
which secures the loan is situated.  This sample Assignment of Deed
of Trust is provided to assist you.
