         Sample Amendment To Single Person's Trust Agreement

This is the document whereby you, while living and competent, make
desired changes to provisions of your trust.  Changes in final
beneficiaries, the shares each will receive, successor trustees, or
the age of distribution are examples of revisions that might be
required due to changes in your circumstances.

    This Document Must Be Reviewed By An Estate Planning Attorney
                         Before You Sign It.

                     AMENDMENT TO TRUST AGREEMENT

A.  JOHN M. SMITH, Trustor, executed a Trust Agreement dated (*insert
date of execution of your trust agreement*), establishing THE JOHN M.
SMITH TRUST ("Trust Agreement").

B.  Pursuant to the powers granted in ARTICLE II A. of the Trust
Agreement, Trustor has the power to amend the Trust Agreement by
written instrument signed by the Trustor and filed with the Trustee.

C.  Trustor desires to amend the Trust Agreement and makes the
following amendment, which shall be effective as of the date of
execution hereof:
