First off, I apologize to those who downloaded previous versions that did
not run on your machine.  I had forgotten to strip out specific
path references in versions 1.2 & 1.4

This is an editable database of over 3700 computer vendors with names,
addresses, phone numbers and notes.  It is fully mouseable and will run on
any 80X86 PC with a hard drive.  Data has been taken from other public domain
sources and has  not been independently verified.  Please report corrections,
comments or suggestions to:

To install:

        A - self extracting version
         copy the "VENDOR16.EXE" file to the desired directory, then run it.
It is a self-extracting compressed  file containing the program, data, index
and help files and this readme that will occupy about 1400K.  You may then
delete "VENDOR15.EXE" and "VENDORS.EXE" to reclaim space. Run the "VENDOR.EXE"
program to view listings.

        B - zip version
        extract the VENDOR16.ZIP file to the desired drive and directory,
then run "VENDOR.EXE" to view listing.

 1.4 screen cleanups; added calendar & calculator

The VENDOR program is written in Clarion 2.108 with the Mouse Trap 2.59 tool kit.
A dBase compatible version is available; a Paradox version is under
developement.  Source code is available on request.
