PROGRAM INFORMATION

ButtonStar Deluxe is a full featured program launcher for Windows 3.1. It
replaces the chaos and limitations of Program Manager with simplicity and
the power of common sense. 

ButtonStar Deluxe is first and foremost a Windows Shell program. Designed
from the outset to be easy to use, simple to configure and logical in it's
approach to the way you work. ButtonStar's interface comprises of a two page
matrix of 36 buttons each. Buttons can be configured to launch a DOS or 
Windows program, or control one of nine Toolbars containing nine buttons
each. The ToolBar's function the same as the main Button Bar, where each
button can be configured for program launch. The ToolBar allows you to keep
like programs or projects together. In total this provides the user with
151 programmable buttons.

Following is a list of ButtonStar Deluxe's features.

BUTTONSTAR DELUXE FEATURES

1. 151 configurable buttons including nine group toolbars of nine buttons each.

2. One mouse button click program launching and Fast Windows EXIT.

3. User configurable Button Bar Matrix: 2 Rows-18 Columns to 18 Rows-2
Columns.

4. Constant display of Date, Time, Day, System Memory, and System Resources.

5. Keyboard or mouse control.

6. Pop-up reminder alarms, with timed program execution and snooze alarm.
Unlimited number of alarms can be set for any time, date or week day.

7. Hot-Key ButtonStar to top. Bring ButtonStar to front from either an icon
or background with one key stroke.

8. Pop-Up Task Manager - R/H mouse button pops up a menu with all running
windows, plus programs you designated for quick launch. Another way launch
programs without fighting or minimizing multiple windows. 

9. Confiurable Launch options - Launch programs in a minimized state, Launch with a
pop-up command line box, or Launch with a pop-up File Directory box where
you select the file to load with your program.

10. Auto-Launch and System Idle program launch. Besides the previously
mentioned launch options, each button can be configured to load or run at
the beginning of your windows session or they can be launched when your
system is idle. Similar to the screen saver concept, programs designated
for idle launch, won't launch until your system has been idle for period
of time.

Windows 3.1 - (note: ButtonStar Plus runs under Windows 3.0)
286 CPU or above
2 MB Ram (4MB recommended)
1 MB of Hard Disk Space.
Supports VGA, Super VGA and 1024x768 resolution.

This ButtonStar Deluxe program is fully functional, and differs from the
registered version with an opening Shareware notice and a 30 day program
life.
