Ken Deen's THE AGGRESSIVE TRADER(tm) "Seeking double-digit profits in one to four months" TRADING IDEAS Vol. 2, No. 45 P.O. Box 4791 March 11, 1993 Santa Barbara, CA 93140 12:10pm New York Time CompuServe: 72020,2050 (805) 565-2039 Internet: 72020.2050@compuserve.com Market Stance: Neutral There will be no followup on these ideas: Breakouts (The following stock(s) have excellent sales and earnings growth, and have just broken out from a six-week or longer base.): * EduSoft Inc. (NASDAQ: EDUSF, $13.63) EPS:69, RS:95, GR:41->76, PE:44, Computer-Software * Skywest Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW, $19.50) EPS:94, RS:95, GR:67->53, PE:17, Transportation-Airline Climactic Selloff/Rebounds (The following stock(s) have excellent sales and earnings growth, are in long-term uptrends, and have just had a climactic selloff-and-rebound.): * Healthsource Inc. (NYSE: HS, $27.25) EPS:95, RS:46, GR:39->146, PE:20, Medical-Health Maint. Org. Other Trading Ideas: * GTI Corp. (NASDAQ: GGTI, $24.50) EPS:99, RS:84, GR:59->48, PE:26, Electronic Components-Misc Comments: This stock was an excellent DESI(tm) buy candidate on Feb. 11 (Vol.2 #27). The PE was 34 prior to the earnings surprise; now it's down to 26. The price after the strong market reaction to the strong earnings report was $27.25; now it's $24.50. In spite of the lower PE, the fundamentals look better than ever. The stock is just starting to rebound from an oversold condition. Negatives: Ratio of up volume to down volume is a bearish 0.7; also, I still consider the NASDAQ to be in a high-risk zone. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Alert: Vol.2 #41 (March 5, 1993) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- *** To all who download this newsletter *** *** ANNOUNCEMENT: TRIAL PERIOD TO CONTINUE THROUGH APRIL 30 *** On May 1, 1993, this newsletter will be available only for a subscription fee.
