ASP LAUNCHES BBS SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

The Association a Shareware Professional (ASP), a trade association of
shareware authors, has taken an active roll in promoting BBS distribution of
its members' software with the introduction of the ASP Hub Network. The
network, a group of seven BBSs in the US and Canada, will be stocked with the
latest and greatest from ASP members.

The ASP began approving BBSs nearly two years ago, certifying that particular
systems meet certain ethical standards in their presentation of shareware.
The Hub Network elevates seven of those systems to be distribution points,
providing free and immediate access to ASP member products for callers. The
products come directly from ASP member developers.
