FRACTERM/CARDZ MARINE CLOSES DOORS

Cardz Marine Co.  went out of business last month after stirring quite a bit
of interest in their FRACTERM fractal graphics compression technology.
FRACTERM allows the transmission of photo-realistic bit image graphics files
online by dramatically compressing the file sizes - at some significant loss
in image quality.

Dwight Jones has retained the technology and formed a new company titled
IMAGEN  to develop and market the FRACTERM product. According to Jones, "We
had to get out of the hardware business and we are now entirely focused on
this technology. IMAGEN is the sole company involved and FRACTERM is one of
