	The book offered for your consideration is the result of the fifty year
long work of a small group of scientists who are not afraid of new
ideas - Russian physicist I. L. Gerlovin and his colleagues and disciples.

	The book has no analogue.  It presents the program and the concrete
steps for our civilization to take, so that it might live in harmony with
Nature and do away with all environment, social, and biological disasters which
