TSEACC11.S (source file) and TSEACC11.MAC (compiled macro file)
provide two macros for TSE (The Semware Editor), pre-release
version 1.0, offering a quick and convenient way of entering
foreign-language and other special characters.

Documentation is included in TSEACC11.S

This package replaces ACCENTER.* files earlier uploaded in
ACCENTER.ZIP
