Program Description:

The Apartment Renter is a totally macro driven template that is designed to
replace a `pegboard' type of accounting system that is used in many apart-
ment complexes.  The apartment manager needs to know very little about Lotus
1-2-3 because of the extensive use of macros.

This program works in conjuction with Lotus 1-2-3.  The registered disk comes
complete with updated Apartment Renter program and manual.

The file has cell protection so as the user can not overwrite pertinent
information that is used in the computation cells.

This program is very large and requires 448K of memory.  If you are running
a PC at 4.77mhz with a 8088 processor the template can take about 2 1/2 minutes
to load.  Replacing the 8088 with a NEC V20 cuts the loading down to about 35
seconds.

Please don't forget the authors if you decide these programs are useful
to you.  The small charge they ask for their work is only appropriate
compensation.
