9/92 (v2.70)     -Made complete name change from Time Clock to
		  Time Card.
		 -Fixed error with first time start-up error opening
		  'users' file.
		 -max 'bull' file now 2 gigabytes.

2/93 (v2.80)     -I have moved with a new address and phone number,
		  the main reason for this update.
		 -To avoid network deadlocks, messages with the 
		  "Press ESC" window now disappear after 5 seconds.
		  Press ESC will remove window also.
		 -Fixed silly printer error - TC now prints.
