1.    Using the Heading Parm.

      In this example we will extract fields from a printed report
      (printed to disk).  We want to EXCLUDE the report headings.  
      EX1.BAT                                                    BANK1.PAR

      First you will see the input file.
      Next you will see the parameter file.
      Then DELIMIT will run, and you will see the output file
