Kasparov wins 4th chess game.

London- Garry Kasparov notched his third win in four games against Nigel Short in their chess championship yesterday, as Short gambled on an attack when he could have accepted a draw. Kasparov leads the series 3 1/2 points to 1/2. The fifth game of the match will be played tomorrow.
