Penske mechanics wait in line on pit road in car number 4

The Indy cars were set in a line on the pit road for their chance to move
the cars into the pit lane.  Many excellent photo-ops while the mechanics
passed the time.  Here is Paul Tracy's Penske Chevy-B, car number 4.
