BELL will be splitting Ontario Area Code exchange 416
on 04 October 1993. Are you ready yet?

The following included files were scanned for my own reference,
and you're welcome to have a look if you wish:

    AREA416.NEW       - list of telephone number prefixes
                        which will remain in 416 exchange,
                        plus new dialing instructions and such.

    AREA905.NEW       - list of telephone number prefixes
                        which will change to 905 exchange,
                        with new dialing instructions repeated
                        for those like me with memories like sieves.

    416to905.GIF      - a handsome poster kind of thing with a map,
                        otherwise fairly illegible.
                        (Incidentally, this was scanned at 300 dpi,
                        into a TIFF, then converted to 16-level
                        gray scale GIF. Use your favourite graphics
                        utility to convert it to the format of your choice.)
