INSTALLATION: Copy the following files into your WINDOWS directory...

                       SSSARTWK.SCR
                       SPIRO.CLR
                       SPIRO.TBL
                       SPIRO.PRM

              Enter Windows and enter the Control Panel and open the
              Desktop icon.  You should find in the screen saver list
              "Ron's String Art".  This is the String Art Works screen
              saver.  It comes with an `About' window and offers password
              protection.


DESCRIPTION:  This screen saver is designed to show a set of art work verses
              a random set of lines moving across the screen.  This software
              is a reduction of other software that generates art work.  Each
              image is a set of points along a mathematical curve where lines
              are drawn from point to point except that points are skipped
              creating a string art effect.  In some instances, the lines are
              colored.  In other instances, the lines are black on a white
              background.  If your display driver is in 256 color mode, there
              will be images added that will take advantage of 256 colors.

              "String Art Works" is a shareware product and is provided at
              no charge to you for evaluation.  Feel free to share it
              with your friends as long as it is not altered or part of
              another system.  If you keep using this as a screen saver,
              you should register it.  Complete registration information
              is available in the register.doc text file.

              Future versions of this software could happen with support.
              I have the program to design the art work but it required
              entering numerical parameters and picking line colors and 
              seeing if art is produced.  If there are people that are
              skilled in trigonometry, this program might be useful.
              Many artist may not have this skill fresh in their minds so
              I don't have an artist friendly version ready.  With support,
              an artist friendly version could become available.

