 control.

 Directions for using this utility is straight forward.

 Loading a file
  to open a file you must press on the "OPEN" button and pick
  a file that you want.   

 Playing 
  Once you have choosen a file the play button is enabled
  pressing this button will start the the file playing.

 Quit
  to quit the program you can either press "Power ON" which
  will exit you out of the program or simply choose "exit" from
  the "File" menu option.
