Ryan Andersen All I am saying is if you specify the wrong directories ICMAINT.EXE might delete something you did not want to. DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER FILES IN YOUR ICONS DIRECTORY! ONLY HAVE *.ICN files Your Event.BAT file should just change to the directory that you have ICMAINT.EXE in. (Note: ICMAINT.EXE does not have to be in the iconUpDater directory, you can put it where ever you want, that's why you specify the directory to where IconUpDater is.) ICMAINT.EXE and ICMAINT.CFG MUST BE in the SAME directory! ex. ( of Event.Bat) c: cd\maint ICMAINT cd\wc30 exit Your Wildcat SysOp manual tells you how you can Freshen a file from a Batch file... which you could add to this if you wanted....
