Enclosed is the file WCWIN11.WRI, twelve pages of the best tips for running
Wildcat 3.x under Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups 3.1. 

The file is in Windows Write format (so the illustrations can be viewed).
To view the file, you must have Windows 3.1 installed. At Program Manager,
choose File, then Run then type in the path to where you unzipped this
file and to where WCWIN11.WRI is located 

        Example: C:\WINDOWS\WCWIN11.WRI

and Windows will show you the contents of the file on-screen.
