MCI PC Connect (sm) offers customers two low fixed rates during both the
day and the evening and night/weekend hours resulting in a 24 hour a day
discount. For a monthly subscription fee of just $3.00/mo, subscribers
can enjoy:

- Low fixed rates of $0.22 per minute during the day and $0.10 during
  both the evening and night/weekend hours.

- PC Connect savings apply on state-to-state calling to anywhere in the
  U.S., plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  In-state calls may be included for for an additional fee, where
  available.

- Friends & Family Savings. PC Connect customers who are also members
  of MCI's Friends & Family(R) are eligible for a 20% savings on every
  call made to a member of their Calling Circle.  Thus, by adding a
  Bulletin Board System which is also an MCI(R) customer to your
  Calling Circle your rates to that BBS would be $0.176 per minute
  during the day and $0.08 per minute during the evening and night/
  weekend hours.
