This is an update release which replaces the file ltimes21.zip

This release:

-	corrects bugs in server interaction.  The previous version could lose sync
	with the server on some systems.

-	improves the upgrade path for register users.  Registered users will no
	longer have to contact the author for future updates. (after this release)

-	other minor problems
