NMODEMS.TXT - This is an ASCII text file that will list all of the 
modems currently supported in MTEZ.  

NMODEMS.DAT - This file needs to be copied into the MTEZ sub-directory
which will allow you to select your modem in MTEZ.  If your modem is 
not listed, please leave a message to the SYSOP as an Enhancement 
Request to the product.
