Release 2.2 Notes

Reenable code to place boot files at front of disk
Fixed problem with sub directory files containing 64k or more bytes
Changed memory alocation so that if memory permits disks with up to 32767
        files can be defragmented.  Formula is in documentation.
Add copyright to screens
Fix problem with power down while a sub directory is being moved. 
        CHKDSK can now fix any subdirectory move problem caused by an
        unexpected power down.
Added /NQ switch (no query)
